Returns

We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start a return please email - info@minerylstudio.com

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items returned will be subject to the customer paying for postage. Please use a trackable service, as we will not be liable for any items untracked, not shown as delivered or lost in transit

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll then process your refund. Please allow up to 48hrs for the return to be processed. Any funds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached
Sent back in original protective packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

How to Start a Return or exchange

Email us at info@minerylstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll get back to you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll then send out the item you have requested to exchange for (subject to availability). Any additional funds will be issued as store credit.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
